We have an immediate full-time position for a Generator Technician, Outside Sales Consultant, and Facilities Assistant. Training provided. 

Generator Service Technician

Full-Time. Starting in the range of $20 – $23, with minimal experience.

Candidates must have a strong desire to work. We require technician to read and understand operating and troubleshooting manuals. The generator technician position provides on-the-job training. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is required, able to bend down and kneel for servicing generators, able to back a trailer, sociable (will be meeting multiple clients each day), conscientious, and well-groomed. Full Time Position, 40 hours per week. Normally 4 days M – F (may have off T, W, or Th, depending on company needs). Normally off on Weekends (except when on-call). Normal start-time 7:15 AM till job completed (10 – 12 hour days not unusual).

Prefer 5 years of related experience. Minimum age: 21. Level 2 is achievable in first year. Higher compensation for Level 3 – 4 technicians which requires more experience and objectively proven abilities with potential to earn over $30 per hour.

Technicians are involved in all facets of the installation, maintenance, and repair of onsite power systems (e.g., standby generators).

Outside Sales – Power Consultant

Full-Time. Base Salary of $52,000/yr with commission potential for salary up to $200,000/yr. 

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and motivation to provide/sell power solutions to prospective clients. This position provides on-the-job training, but you would be responsible for staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge. Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide detailed, customized quotes for RC WATT backup power and related solutions. Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing. Proven sales/customer service experience is required, as well as the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively, under pressure. Facilities Assistant

Full-Time. $17.00 – $22.00 per hour | 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday (evenings/weekends as needed)

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the functionality of our facilities. Maintain buildings and property in a clean and orderly manner to include, but not limited to, facilities maintenance, landscaping, and stock control. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and the ability to complete tasks effectively. Restock inventory, collect and put away delivered merchandise, load/unload & maintain trucks. Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC system upkeep. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Must be able to routinely lift/move items up to 55lbs, reach from floor to/or above shoulder level, and sit, stand, walk, climb as the job may require. Must be able to operate a forklift.
