Over the years, we have seen the difference between well-maintained systems and systems that have been forgotten. When you have a professional maintain your system, you can expect high performance and the best service in emergencies.

RC WATT offers different packaged plans, listed below: SilverGuard, Gold, and Silver. Please note that while most of our customers take advantage of these plans, some prefer to maintain the system themselves–in this case, it is important to keep good records of your maintenance for any warranty claims that may arise. Please also note that in emergencies, our maintenance customers take priority.

We offer a 5% discount to our auto-renew customers as well as customers who pre-pay for multiple years of service.

*All maintenance customers receive 10% off additional labor or service visits from the date of maintenance agreement purchase to 60 days after the maintenance visit. Pricing effective 1 March 2025.

**Cellular Monitoring available for eligible Generac models only. We will maintain/replace cellular hardware as needed for clients with a minimum of 1 year service commitment. If hardware needs installed a trip charge may apply if not performed at the time of onsite service.
